  • This cleaning kit is ideal for field maintenance of Fiber Optic Fusion Splicers. It contains an electrode sharpener that is suitable for most types of Fusion Splicer Electrodes. The sharpener removes OXIDES from the electrode tip while maintaining its critical conical shape. While the Loupe enables the operator to inspect the tip of the electrodes for pitting or other tip damage. 

    Plus the Splicer V-grooves, clamps, mirrors and objective lens can be cleaned with low lint swabs and alcohol wipes included with instructions.
